Privacy Policy — MainCRM

1. Data controller

The MainCRM app is developed and operated by MAINCRM. For any privacy question, contact hello@maincrm.app.

MainCRM is used by real-estate companies for their sales teams. Customer information entered by staff belongs to that company; MAINCRM stores and processes it on the company's behalf under the service agreement.

2. Data we collect

Account

Name, email, phone number and the user ID issued by your company.

Customers and notes

Customer contact details, notes, calls and appointments that staff enter in the app.

Device

Installation ID, app version, iOS version and device model.

Crashes and diagnostics

Technical error reports sent via Sentry. Reports contain no customer data and no screenshots.

Usage sessions

Each app open or return to the foreground: app version and user ID, sent via Sentry to monitor stability.

Push notifications

A push token used to deliver notifications to your device.

3. Website trial form

When you submit the form at maincrm.app/dung-thu, we receive the company name, contact name, email, phone number and team size. This information is sent to our mailbox by email and used only to contact your company; it is not added to any marketing list.

4. How we use data

Data is used only to make the app work: sign-in, distributing and showing customers, sending notifications, and finding and fixing errors. We do not track you across other apps or websites, show ads, or sell data.

5. Storage & security

Data is stored on cloud servers located outside Vietnam and transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). The app does not store customer lists on the device. Each company's data is kept separate; staff can only see customers within the scope of their role.

6. Retention

Account and customer data is kept while the company uses MainCRM and deleted within 30 days after the company stops using it, unless the law requires longer retention. Crash reports are kept for up to 90 days.

7. Third parties

The providers below process data on our behalf, only as needed for the service they provide:

Railway

Hosts the application servers and database.

Vercel

Hosts the maincrm.app website.

Resend

Delivers system email, including trial form submissions.

Cloudflare

Forwards email sent to hello@maincrm.app.

Apple Push Notification service (APNs)

Receives the push token and notification content to deliver them to your device.

Sentry

Receives crash reports, usage sessions and technical diagnostics.

Apart from these providers, data is not shared with or sold to any third party.

8. Your rights & deletion requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To delete your account, email hello@maincrm.app from your account's email address, or ask your company administrator. We confirm and complete the request within 30 days.

Customer information you entered belongs to your company and is retained for the company after your account is deleted.

9. Changes

When this policy changes, we update this page and the date under the title. Significant changes will be announced in the app.
